The 4th FAWE International Conference on Girls’ Education in Africa

The 4th FAWE International Conference on Girls’ Education in Africa brings together policymakers, educators, researchers, development partners, civil society, youth leaders and private-sector actors to accelerate progress towards gender-transformative education for African girls. The conference focuses on sustainable and gender-responsive education financing, youth leadership, technology and digital innovation, and stronger partnerships and accountability. Through plenaries, thematic sessions, youth-led dialogues and innovation showcases, the conference aims to turn evidence and commitments into practical action to improve girls’ access to, participation in and learning within education systems across Africa.
