Early 2014, VVOB started to implement EFQM improvement plans throughout the organisation. 'EFQM' stands for 'European Framework for Quality Management'. It is a quality framework designed for the continuously improvement of an organisation.
On the 18th of November, the ongoing EFQM improvement projects of VVOB's head office were successfully assessed. We were awarded with a 'Committed to excellence' certification.
