Summary
This guide provides educators in Ecuador’s technical and vocational schools with practical strategies to prevent and address discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. Developed under the Educación y Formación Técnica y Profesional (EFTP), it aims to foster inclusive, equitable, and respectful learning environments within technical upper secondary education.
The publication offers conceptual insights on diversity and human rights, classroom exercises, and institutional tools for promoting inclusion and empathy among students and teachers.
