Call for Quotations: Consultancy for Gold Standard Project-Based Learning Training in Uganda

Terms of reference for services for training of VVOB staff, Agriculture and Entrepreneurship lecturers from partner institutions on Project-Based Learning.

• Description: VVOB in Uganda is inviting qualified service providers to submit quotations for a consultancy to train Green LEAP (Learning Entrepreneurship and Agriculture Practically) staff and partner institutions in Project-Based Learning using the Gold Standard approach. The goal is to strengthen teacher training institutions and equip educators with the skills to implement Uganda’s competency-based curriculum through rigorous, learner-centred approaches.
• Expected start date: 31 December 2025
• Budget: Maximum EUR 28,000 (inclusive of taxes)
• Important notifications and deadlines: The signed quotations must be submitted in English by email to Ms Rita Akello at rita.akello@vvob.org, with procurements.uganda@vvob.org in copy, before 17:00 EAT on Wednesday, 31 December 2025. Quotations submitted late (after this deadline) will be retained but will not be counted towards the award of the contract. In the case of submission of a BAFO (best and final offer), the same provisions apply.
