• Description: VVOB Ghana seeks a consultancy to develop a user-friendly Facilitators’ Handbook for school-based Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) on Gender-Responsive Study and Career Guidance (GRSCG). The handbook will serve as a key resource to enhance teachers’ capacity for peer learning and effective implementation of GRSCG, focusing on structured sessions that promote feasible, evidence-based practices to improve GRSCG for JHS students.
