Call For Quotations: Teacher Development Colloquium Senior Knowledge Management Lead

This is a call for quotations to appoint a Senior Knowledge Management Lead to provide knowledge management, partner coordination and reporting services for the 2026 National Teacher Development Colloquium.

Description: VVOB South Africa is looking for an experienced service provider to design and manage the knowledge-capture, synthesis and reporting process for the three-day Teacher Development Colloquium. The assignment includes coordinating scribes and moderators, capturing insights from plenary and commission sessions, documenting discussions and recommendations, liaising with relevant partners and compiling a consolidated colloquium report. The service provider will also prepare supporting materials, including a call-to-action document that summarises the key risks, opportunities, realities and possibilities identified during the colloquium. The event will be hosted by the Department of Basic Education and VVOB and is expected to accommodate approximately 200–250 delegates.
