Educaid.be is a synergy programme of VVOB and APEFE, who are equal partners (financially, operationally and content-wise) in its implementation. As a part of the Educaid.be Project Group ‘Digitisation for Education’ (D4E), VVOB and Educaid.be join forces to organise a Connect&Learn on a digital topic. VVOB will present the Blend ON! guide.
Blend ON! is a guide that provides instructions on how to create a blended continuous professional development (CPD) programme for educators, using a combination of in-person and remote learning methods. It is co-created through a collaborative community of practice between VVOB and 7 organisations with expertise in continuous professional development (CPD) for educators and supports governments, institutions, and non-profits. The guide includes 12 easy-to-follow steps in 4 key phases, as well as helpful tools like checklists, reflection questions, and surveys. Blend ON! aims to innovate the approach to professional development with blended CPD that emphasises engagement, inclusiveness, and sustainability for educators.
