First report of the 'Special Rapporteur on the right to education' is available

The Human Rights Council of the UN appoints Special Rapporteurs as independent experts to examine and report back on a country situation or a specific human rights theme. The Special Rapporteurs are part of the Special Procedures of the Human Rights Council. Recently the 'Special Rapporteur on the right to education' presented his first report. It focuses on equality of opportunity in education.
