Education For Social And Environmental Justice: Diversity, Sustainability, Responsibility
Education For Social And Environmental Justice: Diversity, Sustainability, Responsibility
The COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, and violent conflict have threatened progress towards a sustainable planet and equitable education for all by 2030 (SDG4). Inequality and injustice require urgent remediation, particularly among marginalised groups, and call for transformation and rethinking of conceptualisations of education and learning.
The 2023 UKFIET conference aims to bring together scholars and practitioners in international education and lifelong learning to engage in critical dialogue and debate on the way forward towards achieving the SDGs.
