From 2008 to 2013, VVOB has implemented the Science, Environmental and Agricultural Life skills (SEAL) programme, in close cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of Cambodia. After six years they can look back on the fruitful impacts on education of their joint efforts.
In an overview article, the SEAL programme highlights a number of tangible outcomes and impacts and indicates how they measured these achievements. Furthermore, they present recommendations and derive the way forward.
